Membership with the Northwest Wyoming Board of REALTORS®

New members are always welcome at the Northwest Wyoming Board of REALTORS®. Whether you are a real estate broker, salesperson, appraiser, or are interested in joining as an affiliate/business partner, you will find membership information and applications below.

If you have not yet obtained your license, please begin by contacting the Wyoming Real Estate Commission, where you will find guidelines and requirements for obtaining a real estate license or appraisal certification.
If you are seeking real estate education providers serving northwest Wyoming, please visit Willoughby Seminars or the Wyoming Real Estate Institute.


Membership Requirements & Training

All required new member training is completed online.

Upon payment of dues, you will be granted access to Paragon, SentriLock, FOREWARN, and ShowingTime. Membership is considered provisional until all required training is completed.

New members are required to complete the following training within thirty (30) days:

  • New Member Orientation

  • Code of Ethics Training

  • Fair Housing Training

  • MLS Orientation

  • Cybersecurity Training

Failure to complete the mandatory orientation and training requirements within this timeframe will result in termination of provisional membership, and the application process will be required to be restarted.

General Membership Meetings are held periodically. Attendance is encouraged but not required, and new members are always welcome to attend.


Additional Application Requirements

  • If you wish to participate in the MLS or use SentriLock lockboxes, please include:

    • MLS Participation Application

    • SentriLock User Agreement

  • If you are transferring from another REALTOR® association, a letter of good standing must accompany your application.

  • If you are joining a brokerage within our association but will not be participating in our MLS, your responsible broker must submit:

    • NWBOR MLS Waiver

    • Documentation showing membership in another MLS

  • If you are transferring to another brokerage or placing your license on inactive status, you must notify the Wyoming Real Estate Commission and submit a completed Agent Transfer Form to the NWBOR office.
