NWBOR Applications Connect With Us Today

New members are always welcome at the Northwest Wyoming Board of REALTORS®. If you’re a real estate broker, agent, appraiser, or are looking to join as an affiliate, you’ll find information and applications below.

If you have not already obtained your license, please start by contacting the Wyoming Real Estate Commission. There you will find guidelines and requirements for obtaining a real estate license or appraisal certification. If you have not yet attained your real estate license and are looking for real estate schools serving northwest Wyoming, please visit Willoughby Seminars and the Wyoming Real Estate Institute.

Application Deadlines, training, and meeting attendance information:

• 2nd Friday of each month, applications must be received by the board office in order to schedule you for the required orientation classes
• 3rd Wednesday of each month is new member orientation - 9 a.m. - Conference Room at the US Bank in Cody
• 3rd Thursday of each month is required attendance at the General Membership meetings.

*Please also remember to include your MLS Participation Application and Sentrilock Agreement with your application, if you would like to join our MLS or use the lockboxes.

*If you are joining us from another board, we require a letter of good standing accompany your application. 

*If you are joining a brokerage within our association and will not be joining our MLS, please have your responsible broker send us the NWBOR MLS Waiver.  A letter showing that you are a member of another MLS is required.

Please remember if you are transferrring to another brokerage or placing your license inactive you need to contact the Wyoming Real Estate Commission as well as sending us a completed Agent Transfer Form from the list below.
